Visitoons partners with Creative Agencies by signing a private agreement that shapes the strategic alliance through which the Agency has access to Visitoons technologies, with the aim of making use of them in projects of their own authorship, generating, in the end, the sales of licenses for the use of Visitoons technologies, as an intermediary, as a part of the project negotiated with their clients.
The Technology Partnership defines the relation between the Agency and Visitoons in relation to the following topics:
• Type and reach of the Agency’s access to Visitoons technologies (open/closed code, limitations of use, access to new versions, etc.)
• Non-disclosure and Intellectual Property Agreements (copyright)
• Agreements over the property, rights of use and access to the software developed by the Agency.
• Agreements over training of the Agency’ staff.
• Agreements over the licensing model through which the Agency will distribute Visitoons technologies, including agreements over the sales of subscriptions of additional services.
