How do I create a Visitoons account?
First you could choose between two types of accounts, according to your needs. You could register easy and fast, as a Webmaster to install and boost your Website with the different Visitoons applications, Visitoons Chat and Visitoons Mix.

What is the difference between Visitoons Mix and Visitoons Chat?
The difference lies in the fact that Visitoons Mix can be set up on any Web page over the content through a simple and low profile interface allowing the users to chat and interact with the rest of the site visitors, give opinions about articles or share ideas, while they navigate the site.
On the other hand, Visitoons Chat, allows you to define categories and create several Chatrooms to offer the visitors a meeting space in virtual worlds they can enjoy with friends and meet people with a suitable chatting interface.
How do I install Visitoons applications on my Website?
To install Visitoons applications on your Website, there is no need to download any software:
1. Once you have registered as Webmaster, you will have to as a first step, to register your Website. You can register and manage several sites from the same Visitoons account.
2. Once your site is registered, you must select the application you wish to install on your pages: Visitoons Mix or Visitoons Chat.
Installing Visitoons Mix:
Enter your Visitoons account to the site you wish to install Visitoons Mix on and select the option. Then click on Script Visitoons Mix, copy and paste the code line that you are given on each of the pages of your site where you wish to include it. Paste immediately after the tag
To install Visitoons Chat:
Enter your Visitoons account to the site you wish to install Visitoons Chat on and select the option.
1. Create the category where you will insert your Chatroom.
2. Create as many Chatrooms as you wish to within this category.
Once you have created the Chatroom, the system will give you an html file to download which you must install on the same route you specified when creating the room.
I am already registered and took the appropriate steps but Visitoons Mix / Chat does not appear on my Website. What do I do?
You must check that you have installed the applications correctly and taken the following steps:
• Registered each one of the sub domains with which you can access your site. E.g. www.yoursite.com, http://yoursite.com, etc.
• Visitoons Mix script has not been modified and that it was inserted immediately after the
tag.
• Your site’s html has been installed on your Visitoons Chatrooms on the same route you specified when creating the room and that is not inserted within another page.

Could Visitoons applications make my site’s loading slower or change the dynamics of my site?
Visitoons applications run within our server therefore you do not need to install or download any software. Your Website will run the same way and on the same loading speed as before.
Can I install Visitoons Mix on any page?
Yes. You choose what page you want to install it. You can use the same script on the main page as well as on the different internal pages of your site.
Can I get different avatars to the ones currently available on Visitoons?
